Not my favorite game. But I know some have love for it and this cabinet looks minty. Asking price seems high but I have no idea what the Arcade version is going for.

$1800 bucks for a DC with Happ sticks and a crt monitor? Even if you're a collector that price seems high.

Ya, I would agree it's too much for what he's selling.

Good condition arcade machines that are for sale is a very rare thing in this city. There's always garbage or beat up cabs for sale on kijiji but good condition is hard to find.

I was going to post up a decent Hyper Fighting machine some guy had for sale. It was the original cabinet. But I thought nobody would be interested in that game. The screen looked like it might have some burn in though as well.

Emulation has killed any interest in purchasing an arcade cab.

That depends if you want to own the original hardware or not and what game it is. Some still have not been emulated or emulated well.

I myself want a 4 slot MVS cabinet just to have the hardware. Having the big red North American cabinet might be overkill right now but the candy cab version would be nice to have. I like the feel of having a dedicated machine.

I'm no craftsman so building one is not an option right now and I'm not sure if it would be the same as having the authentic thing to me.

I feel pretty much the same as Keith about this. Although arguably Marvel 2 is a game that can be played pretty easily on a PC with a Dreamcast emulator.
